did not how come.... the policeman begged for  his life and was unarmed........ so why does that not justify a life for a life??     i will never understand how these people come thier decissions    EVER !!!

It's a play on words. 37 years, he will probably die inside any way, he's 42 now. He is still wanted for murder in the US, so even if he does manage to live the 37 years he will be extradited to the US to face a murder trial there.

thats good......  i think extradition is a good idea for a lot of people who do BAD stuff in this country

I think you're mixing extradition with deportation.

Extradition is when one country sends someone to another country in order to face criminal proceedings. As in this case.

Deportation is when a foreign national is sent back from one country to their home country.
