A teenage girl who started a fire in a block of flats in Westbury and then left the building has been jailed for three and a half years.

Lisa Cox, 19, of Warminster Road, Westbury, used a lighter and aerosol to set fire to a duvet at the bedsit she was staying at with her mother Louise.

The blaze led to one of their neighbour having to be rescued by the fire service, while others had to flee their homes as smoke filled the rooms.
