Cats catch birds, it's the way things are.
Unfortunately they do but it can be avoided to a certain extent by keeping them in, especially this time of year. They don't have to go out.
I despair as to why people have cats. You feed em, but unlike dogs they are not loyal to their owners. If they get fed elsewhere, they're off. They don't
have to catch birds/mammels to survive, they do it for fun. I've known owners to laugh when their cat brings a half dead mouse/bird home that's it's tortured for hours before hand. What's funny about that!
And on top of that they sugar where they like, usually neighbours flower beds. and they bury it so as you get an unpleasant surprise when weeding.
You might have gathered that I don't like cats.
But I would never harm one.
