one pot wonder for tea tonight
chicken marinated in soy sauce, chillie chutney (shhh) brown and red sauce, parsley, thyme and onion salt and garlic... and left in bag for hour and a half before it was put into the slow cooker with carrots, onions and potatoes and some chicken gravy.... smells lush already as its plodding along slowing cooking.....
dont know how on earth i managed without a slow cooker all theses years lol ( thanks mum for the pressie x ) we've done alsorts of stews, casseroles in this nice bit of useful kitchen equipment and its cheaper to run that t urning the oven on
