ooohhh nice  :)   i love sweatheart cabbage :)    asda had 2 curly cabbages for a quid today :) so picked up a couple.... now!!!  what to have witht hem tomorrow :)

one pot wonder for tea tonight :)   

chicken marinated in soy sauce, chillie  chutney (shhh) brown and red sauce, parsley, thyme and onion salt and garlic... and left in bag for hour and a half before it was put into the slow cooker with carrots, onions and potatoes and some chicken gravy....  smells lush already as its plodding along slowing cooking..... 
dont know  how on earth i managed without a slow cooker all theses years  lol  ( thanks mum for the pressie  x )   we've done alsorts of stews, casseroles in this nice bit of useful kitchen equipment and its cheaper to run that t urning the oven on :)  bargain!!!!

homemade soup here for me for tea tonight
 carrot soup,  nice and sweet with potatoes too..  gonna have that with some bread to fill me up..

 im getting quite good at this home made soup milarky during recent months due  to my health... have made some lovely ones if i say so myself...

nice!!!  thats what ken had... i sat and watched  :-X after i had my carrot soup..even though it was tasty it wasnt as nice as fish and chips :'(

just made a nice big pan of potato and leek soup....   wont be up to much tomorrow after my visit to the hospital to remove gall stones from the bile duct  :(  ( if they dont cancel again that is)  so im being like a good cub  and be prepared !!!!   :)

smells lovely.....  just need to add a bit of pepper when its cooled down enough for me to taste it properly
