Dog Attack
« on: August 30, 2010, 22:23:55 pm »
:(  Yet another child has been attacked by dogs! This time a 10 year old girl was attacked by 2 Rottweilers and another dog. She has had to have surgery for a broken jaw and bites, she was very lucky, it could have been her life!  When will people learn not to let their dogs roam free? Absolutely irresponsible!!

the owners need to b e prosecuted every time a dog is  found roaming. the should all be chipped and tagged with names and addresses. if you cant afford to chip and tag your dog then you ant afford the day to day csts of one either. i saw this on the news, the grand mother could see from the window upstairs. how horrifying for her as well as the child. rottweillers are ver strong dogs and no way should they be allowed to go out roaming. you would think people would learn by now what happens when they do.
