jesus wept.. you couldn't make it up.  who needs drink drivers when you got the cops around? lol.

either way, it's either going to cost the taxpayer to stump up for the cost.
then again, the moral of the tale is if by now people haven't grasped the logic of drink driving, they never will. (if the driver was over the limit that is as it was quoted as suspected - whatever that means cos their little machine that changes colour tells if a driver is over or not, unless it's faulty machine)...so the light had changed colour in order for them to acquire the vehicle

all the police programme's i have watched they get tow trucked away to a compound.. what happened here then... thought they get back quicker than the squad car!!!!!
