im not really into politics at all but im kinda feeling sorry for this man. he has felt the need to come out ( excuse the pun) and deny that he is gay despite sharing a hotel twin bedded rom with an aide. to be honest i cant see what the arguement is here at all. friends, collegues, family share rooms ( not beds) all the time.  i in fact shared  twin bedded rooms/suites for a fortnight whilst on holiday with my family . that doesnt make me and my brother guilty of an incestuous affair....  change in the bathroom, dressing gowns...hell its no different to sharing a room with my husband (ex)

AND another point of fact...IF it turns out that  he is in fact  gay...what does it  matter?? will he do his job any differently?? does it affect his judgement or how others percieve him???     the answer to all these should be it doesnt make one bit of differance if he is in fact gay or not. surely his private sex life should make no odds  to him as a politician, same as it makes no odds if your doctor ,dentist, policeman ,hairdresser, brother ,sister ,mothers auntys cousin is gay

who cares???

It's the presses way of bringing a person down. If it isn't true, mud sticks! On the other hand, the press can dig deep and bring to the notice about child abuse, cruelty etc. As long as people do their jobs properly I can't see what difference it makes.

snap...same here i just dont see why being gay affects his job one wayor the other. IF he is and wants to keep up the charade for his own reasons hen thats entirely up to him and his wife . i have a couple of gay friends and i dont see it making any difference to their jobs/careers.  some people are just not happy unless they are distroying some persons livelihood  by passing on infomation be it true or false....
