Interesting. Its actually you, "Molly", that has outed yourself by saying Russell has disclosed your name. Russell never made the link, you did.

As for a DPA breach, I don't think so. He has used a name on public record who he believes is you. No breach of the DPA at all. Bloody rude IMHO, but not illegal.

That would be my fault Al as I asked who she was, I had thought she was someone playing games.

Russell would you consider reporting Molly for harassment just to end this?. Drastic but really this could go on for years........and probably has.

i don't think molly has done anything to hawker.. maybe she put a bit of pressure on him whilst acting out his role.

maybe hawker felt hot under the collar...awkward council goings on..under the spotlight.
