HOW MANY LOCAL OR OTHERWISE LOCAL COUNCILLOR'S CHOOSE A PERSONAL AND PUBLISHED VENDETTA AGAINST A MERE HUMAN BEING WHO, LIKE YOU, EXPRESS'S THEIR OPINION ??..



For the Record, having just spoken to Westbury Town Council, I have made it Clear to them that, the Meeting I attended to which you Refer, was...as a Human Being, Resident of Wiltshire and....

NOT AS A REPRESENTATIVE OF ''LPCA" IN ANY FORMAL CAPACITY...........

I LIVE HERE AND, AS SUCH, IT IS MY UNDERSTANDING THAT ALL RESIDENTS OF LEIGH PARK ARE, INFACT, MEMBERS OF "LPCA" ??.....

Whilst you are continuing to "take a pop at me"....there are MORE PRESSING NEEDS THAT, AS AN ELECTED COUNCILLOR, WE MAY BE GRATEFUL FOR YOUR HELP ??.....

THAT IS, SURELY, MORE IMPORTANT THAN YOUR SEEMING NEED FOR ATTENTION IN THE MEDIA ??

Westbury NEEDS the Support and Help of it's LOCALLY Elected Councillors......


There is, to a certain extent, NO POLITICAL ISSUE CONTAINED THEREIN.......

Forgive me if I am wrong, but......I understand you get an Annual Increment of about £8,000 as Payment, in Allowance for being "an Elected Councillor" ??.......

That's quite a bit more than I "get for being a Disabled Human Being, formerly known as a Tax Payer.......

May I suggest that your Priorities may be well in lone for a "re think".....

Learn the difference between an improper threat and a clear warning to stop misbehaving or face legitimate consequences.
 
In other words, you are playing at politics with your smear campaign.  That's why it is perfectly proper for me to tell everyone who you are and what you are doing - ie. lying about me.

I am entitled to use the council's email system - whether you like that or not.

OK. This is a good point. I use my own internet connection for all web posts I make because it is on all the time at home and my own home Pc is much easier to use than the council laptop.
 
Sometimes I use my own (mobile) smartphone.
 
In any event, I am allowed to use the council laptop to access the internet for personal use anyway (though not for illegal purposes - and I have not done that).

I am not going to mention any names, but over the last few months I've been hearing all about Sarah Jane Angell from people who really know her, her cat "Molly cat", and her new home around the corner from her previous place etc etc
 
Let's just say that I know several people living very nearby.
 
Believe it or not, she thinks she is some sort of legal guru .... and is still ranting on to people she meets about me and all the wicked things I am supposed to have done.
 
Just for the record:
 
1) I have never heard from the Police about her or her barmy claims.
 
2) I have never heard from anyone connected to the code of conduct system for councillors in relation to her and some quite odd claims she has made (which she has circulated widely) with any suggestion that I might have done anything wrong. ie. No-one has treated her claims about me seriously because no-one can see how anything I've done actually represents any breach of any code of conduct. 
 
However, I did once have a very long chat with the Monitoring Officer at County Hall at my request when I explained the key issues and events (ie. I've been confronting seriously improper behaviour and the flack that comes from people who muddle up, lie and twist things, which is just me doing my job and facing down nonsense) and why everything I've done is legitimate and why everything SJA has claimed about me is simply wrong and muddled up or just plain weird in the sense that I'm entitled to speak the truth and it is her problem if she or people she talks to do not understand what the truth is.
