He will now appeal to the Chief Constable.

If that fails, he has one further avenue of appeal.

Does he get paid pending all these appeals?

There is no real doubt that this woman was not "as white as snow" as she made out, BUT, his behaviour was unacceptable (particularly, he said "tongue in cheek", as he knew CCTV operated)!!

NB: Note the "tongue in cheek". I was not implying that his behaviour would have been acceptable if CCTV had not been installed (for the benefit of my detractors)!!!!!
