The Greek government has agreed measures to reduce debt. These include reduction in the size of the public sector, state-subsidized industries & privatisation of eg telecoms, water, ports & utilities.

I think it's too much money for a single win and should be capped at maybe 2 million, then the rest could be divided between the lower numbers.

I would have to go on a long cruise to decide what to do with the money!
