Sounds a bit like the leaders of the Conservative Party, the Labour Party and the Liberal Democratic Parties over the vote on a EU referendum!!

Could somebody please explain to me in simple terms, the definition of racism and racist,is it only to do with colour can a white Englishman  make a racist remark about a white Scot,if he does and it's not racist,what is it ?
