Monday Night Fireworks
« on: November 15, 2011, 13:52:40 PM »
Someone was letting off fireworks last night in the Marsh, which was a bit annoying. When I left for work this morning I spotted a police officer talking to some people with horses in a field - I hope the 2 things weren't related!

You can't trust horses these days, they get up to all sorts of things in the night. ;)

Haha yeh in my day they would have been whipped into shape, but now the lefties won't even let us do that. We should never have joined Europe (in a political sense, not the 80s band)

That's one of the best reasons for leaving Europe I've heard. :)

Did Europe (the band) sing Final Countdown? I hate that song! :P

With the noteable exceptions of Roquefort & the UK, I totally agree.
Please would you walk a little faster, or get the f*** out of my way.

I paid a fiver for the tiniest piece at the French market in Westbury, but got it home & it was worth every penny. Waitrose do a Papillion Roquefort, which is more than acceptable and at a slightly better price.

Pizza?

That's just glorified cheese on toast.  It's like the French croque monsieur, or as we call it ham & cheese sandwich.  :)

Better make sure you got some nice wallpaper to look at.

Seriously, it really is gone time they got you sorted out, or ar least let you know what's happening.
