The worst possible postal service this country has ever seen (not blaming the workers but the totally incompetent senior management and successive Governments!) and yet they want to charge more. Who the bloody hell hell do they think they are - a bank? a utility company?, a fuel company?, Government? These are the total incompetents who are ripping people off. Too late for Royal Mail to jump on the band wagon.
Postal services are nice but not entirely essential!!
