in all my years as a housewife and mother i have never dished up so much slop for an evening meal as i have done tonight... at my age i really should be ashamead of myself...
i saw on a cooking programme the other day someone use fish sauce for stirfry cooking....
tonight i cooked a chow mien and used some specially bought for the job............awww yukkk i really wish i hadnt now..... i used TOO MUCH . she didnt say on the programme that you only needed like a tablespoon of the stuff... its really salty
our tea was disgusting..... and i watched as my partner moved it around his plate...not wanting to offend me lol then moved it around a bit more.... he gave in when i said to leave it if he really didnt like it.... he knows how i feel about wasted food lol
felt quite sorry for him lol...but it was bloody horrible i must admit... worst thing i have ever had the nerve to bring out from the kitchen....
anyone else cooked something that tuned out to be such a disaster?
