My brother has been a non-executive director of 3TRFM since it opened .... which basically means he is a local adviser (as well as one of their main advertising clients). He seemed very confident to me all along in recent weeks that 3TR will be perfectly safe .... it was just a matter of selling it off as a perfectly good going concern to a new owner.
 
The previous parent company got into the financial trouble, but that was not due to 3TR (as far as I am aware).
