What does this mean?

When I try to connect to a particular website i get this message:

snap  same here  ::)          ip blocked maybe.....same on b/f comp and daughters too

if it blocks everyone which uses another site then they gonna lose a lot of memebers    ::)   
2 should be able to co exist quite happily along side each other.........in a grown up world anyway  [app]

I got that message before I even knew about the existence of this forum.

Strangely though, I can still log onto the 'other' forum when I am using a PC using a different IP provider.   :-\

So that means my account still exists.

Mine states that i am Banned, not sure why i was banned and i have never had any warnings but there you go ( thats life sure i will get over it )

it looks like i am still a registered member there.  ::) ..i got in last night by hiding my ip address.
so i had a good look at my messages and threads and shout box....  ::) ...  everything was alright until i tried to post a reply to counter the lies but then i got the mesage that i was banned  lol...no warnings no pm's no nothing....... so it looks like its a temporary bann for me as im still on the member lisst...others arent so "lucky"  not that i would want to go back... im not a rat i didnt not leave of my own accord i was pushed by being banned..anyway rats only leave sinking ships i thought  ::)  i see that the sniping and sarcasm that i was accused off is still rife by the usual candidates ( they shall remain nameless, SEE WHAT I DID THERE?    manners by not naming them )
rant over.... sorry for the ones reading this who genuinly want to be on both forums ( youre more than welcome) because they like forums and cant see why the 2 cant be run quite happily , but this is mainly for them to see when they come on and report back like the good little  soldiers they are. i am honest maybe too honest and i dont lie and yes im sorry to say a lot of bad things have happened to me in the years i have been an adult so yes i do have opinions on them  ::) and for the past 5 years i  had opinions and by god i will voice them  ::)  i dont wont and havent posted anything t hat my mother brother or my  parter would or could object to..... so long as its the truth .........which it always is .. i dont have a problem with anyone knowing who i am..i have nothing to hide, for or from  ::)

 ::)  rant over with sorry.......but i have friends on the other forum who i have known for  years... and cant contact them on the forum to let them know what happened only the ones i have on personal email and messenger...this is the only way they will know and they are more than welcome to join in here as well, we havent a problem with that at all :-X

the ip adress is also blocked cos i cant get onto it from partners comp or daughters comp and we abviously share same ip address
