surely just  giving him a  pub bann for killing his wife is a token gesture as well.....  if he has dementure then maybe he wont realsie he has to stay in during pub opening hours... how can tey possibly monitor that one... if he killed his wife fornot lettinghim have moeny for the pub... what will he do when he realises he isnt allowed to go now too ??
