Man lay dead in bed for two years

The body of a man found in a bed at his Lancashire home is believed to have lain undiscovered for more than two years, police have said.

social services.... income support.... neighbour..... gas  electric...... ect  water board  some one must have noticed missed  payments....

All his bill was paid by DD that's why no noticed.. i think i would notice if next door was not seen for a week or two never mind two years

yeah i saw that rose...but 2 years with no personal contact from any of the "services"  when i was on income support for 2 years after leaving him....i had contact on the odd occasions with councils.dhss...those sort of people...... dont think someone was doing their job properly.........

Just because he was 70 doesn't mean any agencies were involved with him.
