Westbury Town Council’s Neighbourhood Plan team are keen to hear from Westbury residents about “Heritage Assets”. As well as the listed buildings in Westbury, there are buildings and features that are a part of the local scene and identity, but do not meet the criteria for national listing as Grade 1, Grade 2 etc. It might simply be old shop-fronts or gate-posts - heritage isn't just about impressive buildings like the swimming pool or old town hall.

We can and will draft policies to protect these features but only if we know what they are and where they are. What buildings or features do YOU think are an important part of Westbury’s local heritage?
