Just been told that it would be wise not to be in Swindon or Greenbridge ( wherever that is) after 4 0'clock.  Probably someone just shooting off, but we'll see.

The (rubber) bullets might require wasted time & money by the NHS treating them ( unless they are dead  . Water cannons would hopefully ruin their clothes & incur cuts & abrasions when they are knocked flying.

   Any decent person, seeing the riots on television would feel angry at the extent of the damage that has been done.

This has escalated into blatant thieving, arson and vandalism!! How has it turned into 'no money'  'nothing to do'  'no jobs' excuses ??

The idiot scums are now worse off than before. I certainly hope they throw a hefty book at them, especially the scum that supposedly helped an injured lad then stole some contents from his back pack!!

 Maybe the do-gooders will now see that the softly softly touch doesn't work.

Youngsters as young as 10/12 were seen at the riots, where were their parents, why were they on the streets?? ....and, will the youngsters be made to take the stolen goods back, will they be TOO YOUNG to be prosecuted? As someone said, if they are old enough to do the crime, they are old enough to take the punishment! .....a carpet shop emptied!! If they were my children, I would march them to the Police Station myself!! ....Although not perfect, my kids wouldn't have been one of them!!

The Government, Police, Parents, Teachers etc have got to be given back the rights to implement rules, regulations and punishment to stop all this violence now!!

But deep down, we all know it just ain't going to happen.  Not until we get out of Europe, ditch political correctness & get a government made up of people with some BALLS.

We should do what other countries do   SHOOT ON SIGHT.   Im all for peaceful protest but blatent hoolignism, theft and total dissregard for decent folk is bang out of order.   There are enough empty army camps around the uk,  lock the bastards up in them and dont give them pool tables and play stations.   Decent people get pissed off in life but dont resort to this behaviour.   No doubt the  do gooder  lawyers like Mrs Blair will climb on the bandwaggon and make a lot of money saying "poor souls didnt have a train set when they were young", the do gooder magistraites will say "you have been naughty" and if you do it again i will tell you that "you have been very naughty". so dont do it again.   We as taxpayers will have to foot the bill any way as the old bill cant get involved as theres not enough of them and they are all scared of getting sued by the criminal and we cant call in the armed forces cos the government has made them redundant and those who are left have been sent to the far corners of the world to fight Americas wars.   So much for progress
