Didn't realise he was a local lad... Well Trowbridge . hope he recovers quickly and suffers no ill effects . I can see calls to ban boxing again after this ... People always meant to ban something after something happens .. I'm not a fan of boxing and i dont watch it .. But what about no hits to the head in the future??? Or wearing head gear like some do in rugby !!! Or would that stop the sport being so good???
Going off topic slightly. .... I see there have been calls to ban bouncy castles after the little girl was killed in one a couple of days ago .. Perfectly safe if used and erected properly ..sounds like this one wasn't .

Surely it has to be dangerous to be consistently hit on the head!!
I imagine it brought back memories to Chris Eubank senior of his fight with Michael Watson some years ago, he ended up in a coma. Not sure if he fully recovered!

Most boxers are brain damaged before they start fighting if you ask me!

It has to be a dangerous sport, you only have to look at Muhammad Ali and Frank Bruno.

Sounds dangerous to me ... From what I've read and seen on TV today it looks as though there let it continue even thought Chris eubank and thought it should have been stopped and told his son to hit body shots only ...no headshots
Hope he recovers soon and is well
