Sorry, I may be a bit "thick" but what is the link between the Subject:  The "insurance" payments stopped when she moved to Wales??, and the WT story link about a Trowbridge Brothel.  I have read the story and can see no mention of insurance, and the only move was to Fife in Scotland, nothing about Wales!

Where did I get Wales from? Senior moment, they all look the same to me.

The insurance to which I refer is of the kind paid in cash, traditionally in a brown envelope, to someone who might otherwise do harm to either one or one's business.  A crime was reported to the police who chose to take no action for about 9 years. Even then, all she gets is a 12 month bender. All above board and nothing suspicious there then.

What about the "proceeds of crime" legislation? She's admitted to taking 100 to 150 pounds a week, so over 10 years? Would make a nice contribution to the Social Care budget, wouldn't it?  Obviously doesn't apply in this case.
