I never cease to be amazed at how websites keep improving.  I've promised myself to learn how to create websites (for myself - not as a job) using Dreamweaver next year (my plans for this year are already fully booked, so to speak).

According to review sites and given the existence of many online training courses it's quite popular for non-coders to achieve quite simple websites.
