Title: Heritage Centre

Just seen a to let board outside the Heritage Centre. Is it moving or closing?

I think I recall reading in WHN some time ago that it is moving to the first floor of the Library. Some folk expressed dismay that there is no lift in the Library, but the Heritage Society needs to move the Centre to save money as their funds are very hard pressed even with help from  the town council on the rent. Part of the problem is that membership has dwindled and the cost of the shop was way more than just the rent, which the town council covers.
