Does anyone know where Bradford on Avon Police Station is? I'm due to meet various police folk there tomorrow, but damned if I can find anything other than a building that has now been converted into flats.
The wiltshire.police.uk site doesn't even show an enquiries office (nor does it show anything for Westbury BTW).
Thanks in advance for any help.

;D Bermuda Triangle? Sorry Al- just being silly!!
No, can't say as I do know. Strange that, they are uasually quite prominent in a small town!

Just googled it and it gives Avonfield Avenue as the address!

Wiltshire Police
Station Approach, St. Margarets Street, Bradford-on-Avon BA151DF

You'll probably just find a button on a wall with an intercom that nobody ever answers!!! ;)

Lizzi - thanks, that sounds the most likely. Near the Fire Station and Health Center.
Justice, a buzzer will do, but I have the mobile number of one of the people I'm meeting, so if all else fails!

Found it :) Behind the Fire Station, opposite the train station. Its well signed when you get there, just missing from the Police's own website.
I wandered in an was confused to see Westbury's own Community Beat Manager and wondered if I'd ended up in Westbury Station in a freak time-space rift incident ;D

A real live policeman WOW! ;D

I have to say, my recent dealings with the Police have all been very good. They have been helpful, professional, polite, understanding and generally really nice folk. I couldn't do their job, but the chaps I've dealt will all do theirs excellently.

I agree. Just don't think there are enough of them out and about and they don't seem as accessible as they used to be. Tied down by bureaucracy these days. Not the Police's fault, down to the government.

i saw a policeman yesterday evening.. as clearing some bits and bobs at the back of the garden. i heard some heavy feet walking the path between the houses.. bit odd seeing a policeman walking that way..
2 minutes after, fould and abusive language coming from the house opposite. never there when you need them lol
